Mechatronic Intelligent System for human protection during securing Objectives and interventions in risk areas – MISO

In the current project, MISO has been designed as an ultra-performant cyber-mixmecatronic system, unique in Romania, which brings new capabilities compared with other robotic models by ensuring active control with very high precision, strict propulsion and accurate movement and manipulation of environment. The robot is controlled by an operator, using the Internet of Things (IoT), which is why its intelligent movement control system is optimized both in terms of response speed and energy consumption. At the same time, due to varied and possibly uneven terrain, the mechatronic system was designed meeting stringent criteria of reliability, resistance, weather, stability and redundant solutions for on-site repair of potential failures during missions.
