| Abstract: |
| This article presents an implementation guide of a quality management system based on the family of ISO 9000 standards, according to the 2015 revision of ISO 9001. In line with the literature review, the study is based on a case study on the mechatronics sector. The presented implementation guide allows managers, technicians, academics and students, a practical reflection on the implementation of a quality management system in order to obtain a competitive advantage in the increasingly globalized market, requiring to the industry a solid foundation in terms of sustainability. |
