The National Institute of Research and Development in Mechatronics and Measurement Technique – INCDMTM Bucharest has initiated the process of aligning with the standards established by the European Commission through European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, with a view to obtaining the European distinction HR Excellence in Research Award.

Through this initiative, the institute reaffirms its commitment to promoting an open, transparent research environment that supports the development of human resources, in accordance with the 20 European principles.
