Project Objectives
Considering the undertaken mission, the general objective and the strategic objectives set out in the INCDMTM strategy and institutional development plan, the specific objectives of PERFORM-MECH projects are:
OS1: Strengthen the institute's research directions in the field of advanced mechatronic technologies, develop new directions and stimulate research excellence and innovation, in line with national and European research priorities;
OS2: Ensuring and facilitating researchers' access to the latest generations of equipment by developing infrastructure through new acquisitions and modernizing existing ones, necessary to support research and innovation, according to the institute's strategy directions and newly approached research directions; maintenance contracts for essential equipment;/p> OS3: Human resources upskilling and development through training and international mobility; OS4: Increasing visibility, notoriety and international involvement of the institute through specific actions to promote the results of the research activity; OS5: Capitalizing on research results by expanding collaboration with the national and international industrial environment and by increasing the range of services; OS6: Implementation of management processes to achieve the objectives, respectively innovation management and quality management activities.
